Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins immediately.

Because all items are personalized:

• Orders cannot be modified
• Orders cannot be cancelled

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All items are made to order and shipped from our international partner.

• 5–8 business days

Shipping time:

• 10–15 business days worldwide

Because each piece is made especially for you, please allow additional time for production and delivery. We promise it's worth the wait.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• Returns are not accepted
• Refunds are not accepted

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement item.

7. Liability

Signature Jewelry is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays
• Lost packages caused by carriers
• Customs duties or import taxes
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
